Assignment 4(0)- Recreate

The image I chose was from a National Geographic magazine. It was up close to the animals, making you feel like you were there.  It looked as if all  the animals were looking at a predator approaching and that was what I was hoping to capture.

My image was taken at the Potter Park Zoo at the Meerkat exhibit. My goal was to get the image of all the Meerkats looking at something approaching. In the actual photograph they were all on the ground in a desert like area. I think that them being on different levels in my image creates a more of an intense feeling as to wear this other creature is coming from and what each Meerkat is going to do.
